Im looking for machine that can make this. I was looking for this topic 2 3 weeks and nothing. I cant even see how that machine look like.

what gauge is it..
they might be deep drawn and then welded down the middle?( pressed in 2 halves
or they are made is some kind of mandler former
rod bender..
pipe filled with sand and then formed..
sorry ..rambling

Actually ur right. I havent proveded that picture but it is made of 2 parts and they are merged on both sides.

yeap thats them ..
deep draw(pressed) and then trimmed and welded..
you would need a heavy press and the inner and outer dies to be made..
each half need a male and female die..
these types of machines take many tons..but are smaller in length than regular presses..
