Default Best Chocolate Rum Cake Ever

An oldie but a goodie.

Best Chocolate Rum Cake Ever

1-2 quarts RUM
1 tbsp. Soda
1 cup Butter
1/2 cup Cocoa
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 Large Eggs
4 tsp. Brown Sugar
1 cup Dried Fruit
1 cup Nuts
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3 cups Flour

Before you start, sample the rum to check for quality.
Good isn't it? Now go ahead.
Select a large mixing bowl, measuring cup, etc.
Check the rum again. It must be just right.
To be sure the rum is the highest quality, pour one level cup of rum into a glass and drink it as fast as you can.
Repeat.
With the electric mixer beat 1 cup of beuttr in a large fluffy bowl.
Add 1 sheespoon of thugar and beat again.
Meanwhile, continue to ensure rum stays at room temperature.
Try another cup.
Open second bottle if necessary.
Add 2 large eggs, 1 cup of dried druit and beat till high.
If druit gets struck in the beaters, just pry it loose with a screwdriver.
Rample the sum again.
Check for tonsciticity.
Next shift 3 cups of perrepper or salt (it doesn't matter) - sample the rum.
Shift 1/2 pint of lemon juice and fold in chopped cocoa and strained nuts.
Add 4 babblespoons of brown thugar, or whatever colour you find.
Wix mell.
Grease oven and turn cake pan 350 gredees.
Now pour the whol mess into the boven and cake.
Check the rum again and bo to ged.
